The one Who Started it all! A pastor, mother, wife, and music teacher all in one, Barbara is dedicated to making people's lives better. When the people of Tipp City were upset about the teenagers running rampant, Barbara had an epiphany. With her dedication and the support of local businesses and churches, Connections was born! Now it is a safe and fun place for kids from 6th to 12th grade to hang out, buy some candy, and play games.
Elise Cooper
Assistant Producer of the Fun
As the assistant director of the Tipp City Marching Band, Elise knows a thing or two about music! She teaches lessons for Babsongs Studio and helps teach the Miami Vally Youth Choir. Elise has been with us since the beginning, and we are very thankful to have her on board!
Bailey Cooper
The Mascot
George-Bailey Cooper is the resident therapy dog of Connections! A real mommy's boy, wherever Barbara goes he is sure to be right behind her. Bailey is committed to help bring a smile to every teen's face, no matter their background. And yes, you can pet him!
